How to pre-register
Pre-registration is available through the official Monster Hunter Outlanders website and the iOS and Android store listings. Registering on the official site may also opt you into email notifications; the store registration reserves the download in your region.
Use an account you can access on launch day. If you switch platforms or regions later, the reward delivery may not follow your pre-registration automatically.
- Open the official site or the App Store / Google Play listing.
- Select your platform and confirm the pre-registration.
- Link the account method you intend to use for the live game.
- Keep access to the associated email or store account.

Is Raya free?
Raya is the 10 million registration reward and the most tangible pre-registration benefit. She is an SR Dual Blades Disruptor with a mobile, evasive kit. The milestone was reported as reached, but reward delivery can vary by region and platform.
Raya is a strong launch pick for free-to-play players, but she does not replace the Fated Adventurer. Use her to learn Dual Blades and keep your premium currency for a kit you actually want. Read the Raya build guide first.

Expect rewards through the in-game mail or a launch campaign menu. Log in before the claim window expires and check your inventory for contracts, Zenny and character recruitment items. If Raya is not delivered automatically, check the event or mail notice carefully.
Keep screenshots of your pre-registration confirmation until the rewards arrive. Customer support may ask for the platform account or registration email.

Platform and region caveats
The global version is published by Level Infinite in most regions and Garena in Southeast Asia. The mainland China release is separate and later. Store regions, currencies and campaign rewards can differ.
Cross-progression and crossplay have not been clearly confirmed for every device combination. Do not create a spend history on multiple accounts expecting them to merge.
